Due to COVID-19, We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 4-6 day delay in processing your orders.

 

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen.


Petsoftcare offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs!

- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been cleared. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be     processed on the next business day and will be shipped within 24 hours

 
- Please allow 10-21 days for international deliveries. Some shipments may take longer subject to your local customs authorities.
 
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout and paypal is accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. 
 
- For defected items, return shipping cost and subsequent replacement shipping cost shall be borne by seller.  Buyer must contact us with the  tracking number, order ID, and defect description within 3 days after the date of package arrived. No Claims will be accepted after 3 days.

 
- Shipping and Handling charges include postage, handling, and packaging of shipments.

Currently Petsoftcare offers international shipping, so you can receive your pet costumes to a number of different countries. Please view our checkout to see if your country is on our list. Economy International Mail excludes oversized products. Please allow at least 14 business days for Economy International Mail packages to arrive. Actual arrival times will vary depending on location. This option may not be available due to the size of your order.


TRACKING INFORMATION
Petsoftcare sends all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number. Please check your order confirmation email after ordering your product for this information.

Petsoftcare does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.

- Your email is guaranteed to be replied within 24 hours. Email sent to us during weekends and holidays will be replied on the following business day.

- Please note that all e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address on our store. We recommend checking both of your Inbox and Junk Mail Box in case messages are treated as SPAMs.

- If you have any problems with your purchase, shipment, return/exchange, or any others, please e-mail us and let us resolve the problem.
